MODIFIED EPS FOR
BLOCK AND SHAPE MOLDING
Our EPS products incorporate a unique flame-retardant
technology.
• Construction and flame-retardant grades are free from
HBCD.
• No POP (Persistent Organic Pollutant) chemicals.
• All grades certified for multiple building code requirements.
M-500 AND M-590 PRODUCTS
M-500 – fast expansion rates, low density potential and
excellent yields in conversion from beads to molded foam.
M-500C – maximum bag life, extending workable time from
expansion to molding.
M-500E – faster molding cycle times while maintaining an
intermediate bag life.
M-590 – fast cycling for billets and molded parts of all sizes
and thicknesses.
NON-MODIFIED EPS FOR
SHAPE MOLDING
A logical choice for protective packaging, StyroChem has an EPS
grade to suit any application, including direct food contact products
for fish, meat and produce boxes.
C334 SUPERIOR PROTECTIVE PACKAGING
C334 – high compressive strength, good insulation properties
and dimensional stability.
C334E – intermediate cycle times with extended bag life.
C334H – fast cycling with added benefit of meeting FDA 21 CFR
177 certification for direct food contact applications.
C280 LEAK-RESISTANT, THIN-WALL PACKAGING
C280CZ – for thin-wall to ultra-thin-wall molding applications
needing extremely fast cycle times and FDA 21 CFR 177 certification
for direct food contact.
