* Density potential is a function of utilities and expander capabilities. The above values represent optimum expansion conditions.
^ Contains an additive which quickly reduces the molecular weight of polystyrene at elevated temperatures. Recommended for applications in aluminum, which have fold defects, and in iron, which have excessive lustrous carbon in castings.
Each of the above products is available in 1,000 pound boxes or 250 pound drums. When ordering drummed quantities, the product designation is followed by .DRUM, i.e. D180B.DRUM.
Lost foam grade products may process different than standard EPS products, due to bead size, molecular weight, blowing agent, and lubricants.
